Particulate Matter (2.5 micrometers or smaller) levels are expected to range from Good to Unhealthy for Sensitive Group. Manga Bawku, Navrongo and its environs are expected to experience Unhealthy air quality. The Sensitive group (children, elderly, or those with asthma) may experience minor to moderate symptoms from long-term exposure.

For the forest and coastal areas, air quality is generally accepted for most individuals, hence, outdoor activities is allowed.
